Is GST Invoices India free to use?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 50 orders a month and includes automatic invoice emails, customizable templates and custom invoice numbering. Paid plans start at $4.99/month and come with a 7-day free trial.
Does it calculate CGST, SGST and IGST automatically?
Yes. The app compares your business’s state with the customer’s place of supply. Intra-state orders are split into CGST + SGST, and inter-state orders get IGST.
Can I set different GST rates for different products?
Yes. Set HSN/SAC codes and GST rates per product or per variant, set defaults on collections so new products inherit them, and add conditional rules such as a lower rate for apparel and footwear under ₹2,500.
How do my customers receive their invoices?
Invoices are sent automatically by email, and can also go out on WhatsApp from your own WhatsApp Business number. You pick the trigger: order placed, paid, confirmed or fulfilled. You can also download and print any invoice as a PDF.
Can it generate GSTR-1 reports?
Yes. Download GSTR-1 reports, or a full GSTR-1 report with a summary, for any period. You can also export invoices to Zoho Books, Excel or CSV for your accountant.
Does it handle refunds and returns?
Yes. The app generates credit notes for refunds and returns, including partial refunds, with discounts allocated item by item.
Can I customize the invoice design and numbering?
Yes. Pick a template and adjust your logo, colors, fonts, fields and layout in a no-code editor with a live preview. Invoice numbers can follow your order numbers or a custom series with its own prefix and suffix for each financial year.
Is my store’s data safe?
The app only uses the data it needs to create your invoices. We never sell it or share it with advertisers, and your store’s data is deleted within 30 days of uninstalling. Read the privacy policy.
